A video, purportedly of the murder scene of the Chief Executive Officer of Super TV, Usifo Ataga, surfaced online on Friday.

Ataga, according to available information, was stabbed to death by a 21-year-old 300 Level student of the University of Lagos, Chidinma Ojukwu, on Sunday at a Short Service Apartment situated at 19, Adewale Oshin Street, Lekki, Phase 1, Lagos State.

Ojukwu, who has since been apprehended by operatives of the Lagos State Police Command and paraded by their Commissioner, Hakeem Odumosu, admitted to the crime.

She told the police and newsmen when she was paraded on Thursday that she actually stabbed Ataga to death.

She said she had known the TV boss for about four months and that they had a disagreement that Sunday after taking hard substances.

In the video shared on line, Ataga was shown lying on the floor in his boxer and a singlet.

His chest and neck area to the right, which was where he was suspected to have been stabbed, was covered with a white towel, an indication that the police must have entered the apartment before the video was shot.

On a chair close by was part of a door key, which appeared damaged.

Ojukwu had told newsmen on Thursday that Ataga did not want to let her out of the apartment, which was one of the reasons she had to stab him.

She said after he had lost consciousness, she then took the key and left.

However, the badly damaged part of the door key did not align with the claim by Ojukwu that she opened the door to leave.

Ojukwu was still in detention as at press time.
