2023: Why Tinubu Is Not Fit To Be President – Bode George


Bode George, former Deputy National Chairman of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has rubbished the thought of Bola Tinubu, National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC,  aspiring to the presidency, saying he lacks what it takes to lead the country.

George said Tinubu is not the kind of person that should aspire to the highest office in the land because of questions around his person and character.

George alleged that Tinubu benefits from the resources of the Lagos State Government on a monthly basis.

George, who spoke on Arise Tv’s ‘Morning Show’ on Wednesday, also alleged that the former Lagos governor has no certificate.

He was reacting to a former Minister of Works, Adeseye Ogunlewe’s remark that Tinubu is the best person to succeed President Muhammadu Buhari in 2023,

Ogunlewe had said Tinubu was the most qualified and mentally capable to take over power from Buhari.

However, George, who is a member of the PDP Board of Trustees, BoT, said the former Governor of Lagos State has no certificate.

“Ogunlewe is talking nonsense, the best man to lead this country,” Bode George asked in indignation of the remarks of the former minister of works, Ogunlewe who was not too long ago a mortal enemy of Tinubu’s.

“Go and look at the archives to hear what this same Ogunlewe said about Tinubu not too long ago.

“I am shocked that Ogunlewe would be saying this in public.

“Ogunlewe knows that Tinubu can’t tender his school certificates because he doesn’t have them,” he said.
