The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ward 7, has ratified the expulsion of Mr Elvis Ayomanor, the deputy chairman of the Delta State chapter of the party over alleged anti-party activities arising from his alleged role in the court action instituted against the legitimacy of the Governor Mala Buni led National Caretaker Committee.

GreenWhiteGreen GWG reports that Ayomanor was fingered among the party chieftains who dragged Buni to court over his continued role as caretaker committee chairman flowing from the Supreme Court judgment on the Ondo State governorship election.

The decision conveyed in a communique made available to  GreenWhiteGreen GWG also accused him of disobedience in carrying out lawful directives of the party and for conducts aimed at bringing the Party into disrepute and public opprobrium, “thereby disrupting the peaceful, lawful and efficient organization of the party in Ward 7, Sapele Local Government Area, Delta State.”

Ayomanor Was Fingered By Delta APC In Petition Against Buni

The party in the communique said that Mr. Elvis Ayomanor’s expulsion was sequel to a petition received by the party, from Mr. Tedeye T. Abel a member of the party in Sapele ward 7, and carried out in strict compliance with the provisions of article 21, paragraph B (i) of the All Progressives Congress (APC) constitution (as amended) and was unanimously endorsed by the Ward 7 Sapele Chairman and 25 other Ward executive members.

Following the investigation and work of the disciplinary committee which found Ayomanor guilty, the report was conveyed to the ward executive which ratified the decision of the disciplinary committee.

The report is expected to be forwarded to the local govern beleivedment area executive and the state executive which are expected to ratify same.

GreenWhiteGreen GWG reports that Ayomanor is believed to belong to the Festus Keyamo/Great Ogboru tendency which is at loggerheads with the mainstream tendency headed by the Deputy President of the Senate, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege.
