LAPO Wins Innovation Badge At Maiden FITC Awards

Nigeria’s leading microfinance bank, LAPO was recently nominated for and won the Product Innovation Award at the maiden FITC Award for Excellence (FAFE Awards 2021). The award ceremony took place in Lagos on December 3, 2021.

The award was in recognition of LAPO’s remarkable performance within the Nigerian financial service system.

 GreenWhiteGreen GWG reports that the FAFE awards as institutionalized by the Financial Institutions Training Centre, FITC, are designed to celebrate the leaders in the financial services sector.

The Awards aim to recognize organisations who have through service delivery impacted the financial ecosystem and won recognition for their offerings.

The FITC is owned by the Bankers Committee and the award to LAPO inevitably distinguishes the institution for its innovative products in the market.
