Nigerian Lady In Tears As Boyfriend Rejects Public Marriage Proposal
There was a scene at an Awka Mall, Anambra State on Sunday as a Nigerian lady was in tears after her boyfriend rejected her marriage proposal despite going on her knees to beseech his hand in marriage.
Following the rejection of the proposal, the woman burst in tears and became unconsolable which caused a crowd to gather.
Shouts of “bro accept now” was heard from onlookers urging the boyfriend to accept the marriage proposal from the Nigerian lady who was on her knees.
But the boyfriend remained adamant, saying that he had no clue she was going to propose despite being together the whole day.
Following the embarrassing incident, there were mixed reactions on social media, with some users wondering why she proposed, saying it’s a man’s duty to propose not the other way round.
Others were worried about the embarrassment the lady had suffered.
