Controversial bible teacher and On-Air Personality, OAP Daddy Freeze has taken a dig at one of ni’s leading pastors, Sam Adeyemi over his stance on the celebration of Christmas, saying that salvation does not come from motivational speaking.

Daddy Freeze’s deliberate dig at Pastor Sam Adeyemi came in the wake of renewed controversies over the celebration of Christmas by Christians and especially on December 25.

GreenWhiteGreen GWG had reported that Daddy Freeze had said that Jesus, the Christ, the author of the Christian faith never envisaged for his birth to be celebrated. Daddy Freeze had said that the only two times that birthdays were marked in the bible were by Pharoah of Egypt and King Herod.

GreenWhiteGreen GWG had reported that on both occasions that heads were cut off on both occasions.

Daddy Freeze response followed a December 2019 tweet by Pastor Sam Adeyemi, the senior pastor of the Daystar Christian Centre had said:

“The countries from where they brought Christianity to Nigeria celebrated Christmas with uninterrupted power supply. Some of us were quarrelling over whether eating Christmas chicken will make us go to heaven or not. Sense will ‘fall on us’ one day. I pray it won’t be long.”

Responding to the 2019 tweet, Daddy Freeze quipped that Christmas was not even celebrated as a public holiday in Israel where Jesus was born in the city of Bethlehem.

The controversial OAP further asserted that the countries that supposedly brought Christianity to Nigeria are fast abandoning the faith saying whether Nigeria should follow them to abandon the faith.

He then charged the respected man of God to study his bible more quipping that salvation is not a matter of motivational speaking.

GreenWhiteGreen GWG reports that the assertions by Daddy Freeze are bound to be received with mixed feelings.

Responding on his Instagram handle, Daddy Freeze said:
