Charly Boy Taunts Ooni Of Ife Over Marital Crisis

Popular Nigerian Singer and songwriter, Charles Chukwuemeka Oputa, popularly known as Charly Boy has reacted to the marital crisis rocking the home of the Ooni of Ife.

You would recall that GWG had earlier reported that days ago, Queen Silekunolanaomi took to her social media handles to announce her divorce from the monarch, making it the second divorce since the Ooni assumed the throne five years ago.

She took time to debunk rumors surrounding her marriage and that her leaving the marriage was not as a result of her husband marrying another wife.

Taking to his Instagram page, Charly boy wondered why the king’s marriages don’t last.

Sharing a photo of himself and the Ooni, he captioned it, “See dis my fine bobo. How e come be say in less than 2 months, two of your wives just divorced you and ran away from your kingdom.

“To add salt to injury, na for Instagram dem divorce you. True true, all that glitters is not gold. My people, how una see this matter? How come wives just take off without notice?”
