Tinubu's social media

Asiwaju Bola Tinubu’s declaration on Monday, January 10 that he had informed President Buhari of his life-long ambition to be president of Nigeria but, however, triggered a cold reception on social media.

Tinubu made the revelation in an interview with State House correspondents after his closed-door meeting with President Buhari.

He said he was confident of his capacity to build on President Buhari’s achievement and vision.

He said he was at the State House to see the President on general issues concerning Nigeria including some of the concerns in the APC as well as security issues.

“I have informed the President of my ambition but I have not informed Nigerians yet, I am still consulting,” he told journalists.

In reaction to Tinubu’s declaration, some social media users welcomed his presidential ambition with cold shoulders, with most outrightly rejecting him.

Here are some reactions gathered by GreenWhiteGreen, GWG to Tinubu’s declaration of his aspiration on social media platforms.
