(Video) Fire Guts Apongbon Under Bridge Market, Lagos

A section of the sprawling Apongbon market in Lagos was on Wednesday gutted by fire on Wednesday morning. The section of the market referred to as Under Bridge was said to be at the centre of the inferno. 

The fire started in the early hours of Wednesday, March 23 and has reportedly destroyed some shops in the area.

GreenWhiteGreen GWG reports that fire fighters have arrived the scene while road users have been asked to avoid the area.
