Minister Isa Pantami’s Son Rescued At Checkpoint Shortly After Kidnap
One of the sons of Isa Pantami, Minister of Communication and Digital Economy has been rescued at a checkpoint shortly after being kidnapped in Bauchi State.
According to Daily Trust, the son, Alamin Isa Ali Pantami was found at a checkpoint in Dambam LGA of Bauchi State on Friday, March 25, 2022.
Confirming his release, one of the victim’s guardians, said, “We just left the house; he is back home now. He was found in Dambam, where his abductors dropped him. They dropped him at a checkpoint and from there, he was brought home.”
The Bauchi State Police Command is yet to comment on the matter, and it is yet to be known if a ransom was involved.
