BREAKING: Court Clears Jonathan For APC Primary, Gets Waiver

President Goodluck Jonathan has been cleared by a Federal High Court sitting in Yenagoa, Bayesla State to contest the All Progressives Congress, APC presidential primaries it emerged on Friday afternoon.

The APC national leadership it was also learnt is also set to give him a waiver, GWGNG gathered on Friday afternoon.

The development has set the APC presidential primary into a state of confusion as some entrenched interests it was gathered on Friday are determined to fight the entry of Jonathan into the contest.

However, President Jonathan has yet to give his acquiescence to the plots around him.
