Why I Want To Start Playing The Role Of A Pastor – Charles Okocha

Veteran Nollywood actor, Charles Okocha, better known as Igwe 2Pac, has revealed the reason why he is looking forward to taking up the role of a pastor in his movies.

Okocha, who is popular for bad boy roles in movies, told Sunday Scoop that he looks forward to being given the role of a pastor because his mother watches his movies and sees the thing he does in them. The actor also said that his mother really wants to see him act as a pastor or a Christian.

According to Charles, he was raised in a Christian family and his mother complains so much of his constants acts as a bad boy in movies.

In his words: “I will love to play the role of a pastor. I was raised in a Christian family. My mother watches my movies and she sees the kind of things I do in them. She wants me to play the role of a Christian or pastor. She usually complains that I only play bad boy roles. I tell her those are the types of roles I get. So, I look forward to playing the role of a pastor,” Charles said.
