Simi Slams Critics Who Alleged She Paid Influencers To Hype New Album

Popular Nigerian singer and songwriter, Simi Bolatito Kosoko popularly known as Simi has taken to her handle to reply critics who alleged that she paid Twitter influencers to hype her newly released album  To Be Honest (TBH).

Recall that the TBH album which was released on June 1, was well received and hyped by fans who commended her and hailed her for such a great piece of art thus making the album trend for days.

Simi also trended after some critics claimed that she paid online influencers to hype the album.

Reacting to the accusation on Twitter on Tuesday, the mother of one wrote:

“If you think I paid THIS MANY PEOPLE to hype my album, that’s a f*cking compliment. Thank you bish.”*

Meanwhile besides the news of the new album from Simi, GreenWhiteGreen GWG had reported that Adesua Etomi, wife of leading Nigerian entertainer turned politician, Olubankole Wellington popularly known as Banky W has become cheerleader after her husband won the rerun primary of the Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) for the Eti-Osa Federal Constituency.

Banky W was declared winner after the votes were counted on Monday afternoon, and he gathered 24 votes to defeat  his opponent, Sam Aiboni, who was only able to poll five votes.
