Popular Nollywood Actor, Nosa Rex has thrown up a debate on the prospect of Peter Obi if he returns to the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP and becomes running mate to Atiku Abubakar rather than remaining in Labour and losing the 2023 presidential election.

The skit maker suggested to Nigerians that it is better for Peter Obi to be vice president than to lose out completely from the power equation for the next eight years with all his ideas in governance.

He further stated that the system has been structured in such a way that Peter Obi cannot find his way into Aso Rock from his present Labour Party. According to him he, however, stands a chance if he returns back to PDP and teams up with the flag bearer, Atiku.

The thespian asserts that most of those who matter in the country are either in PDP or APC and that Peter Obi should go back to PDP to become vice president.

He put the question to his followers asking whether it would be better for him to be vice president than to lose him in power for another eight years.

Asking whether it would not be better for Peter Obi to return to the PDP, Nosa Rex wrote:

“NOW DIS MIGHT NOT MAKE SENSE. BUT LET ME SAY WAT I HAVE IN MY HEAD (PEOPLE) DON’T WANT NORTHERNERS TO RULE (ATIKU FIT GET ISSUE) (PEOPLE) NO WANT TINUBU (E FIT GET ISSUE) PEOPLE LOVE PETER OBI (BUT FRM D LITTLE I KNOW. HE CAN’T WIN FROM THAT PARTY) DON’T ASK WHY. NA SO DEM STRUCTURE AM. ALL THE MEN THAT MATTERS IN DIS COUNTRY DEY PDP AND APC.

I AM HAVING A FEELING THAT PETER OBI WIL GO BACK TO PDP AND BECOME VICE PRESIDENT. IF THAT HAPPENS.. PDP MIGHT WIN. MY QUESTION NOW.. IS IT NOT BETTER TO HAVE PETER OBI AS VICE PRESIDENT THAN TO LOSE HIM IN POWER COMPLETELY FOR 8 YEARS. ? I AM JUST THINKING. LET’S DISCUSS.”

“JUST THINKING .. PLEASE LET’S DISCUSS .. MATURED PEOPLE ONLY … DON’T INSULT ANYONE UNDER MY COMMENT SECTION. I GO BLOCK U. LET EVERYONE FEEL FREE TO TALK NO MATTER WHO YOU DEY SUPPORT. #GETYOURPVC.”
