Kanye West Dragged To Court For Failure To Return Rented Clothes
Controversial rapper and producer Kanye ‘Ye’ West has been involved in another controversy following his failure to return some piece of clothing rented for a video shoot.
The Chicago rapper has been dragged to court by David Casavant for failing to return 13 of the 49 pieces of clothing he rented to him back in March 2020 for his music video.
According to a report by TMZ, Casavant sued Kanye West for $221K in unpaid rental fees and $195K to replace the missing 13 ‘rare, esteemed pieces’.
Casavant began working with West in 2014 and he features him and his estranged wife Kim Kardashian 12 times on The David Casavant Archive’s online portfolio.
