Osun: ‘I Did Not Kill Him’ – Lady Who Allegedly Burnt Cairo-Based Husband Cries Out In Suicide Note

The suicide note reportedly written by Ifeoluwa Bamidele, a housewife who allegedly set her Cairo-based husband, Bolu ablaze has been revealed.

Recall that the Osun State police command had declared Ifeoluwa wanted and also launched a manhunt to apprehend her after she disappeared after reportedly setting her husband ablaze.

In a recent development, Ifeoluwa’s lifeless body was identified by Bode, elder brother to her husband at the morgue of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Hospital, Jaleyemi Osogbo, on Friday.

According to report, Ifeoluwa’s father, some relatives and friends were sighted at the morgue in the hospital premises where Ifeoluwa’s remains were.

Sources in the hospital confirmed that Ifeoluwa was rushed there from another hospital in Ilesa  on Thursday evening where she was admitted after taking a substance suspected to be poison.

The source who spoke on condition of anonymity disclosed that “she (Ifeoluwa) died around 7pm on Thursday. She was rushed in from a hospital in Ilesa after taking a poisonous substance.”

GreenWhiteGreen GWG gathered that Ifeoluwa was brought to the hospital by a close relation she contacted and revealed her hideout in Ilesa to after she was declared wanted.

Ifeoluwa in a suicide note she wrote before her demise denied killing her husband.

She also appealed to family and friends of the deceased to investigate the cause of the death.

The note read in part, “I did not kill your friend. You all know. I genuinely loved him and I still do even to the point of my death. Do findings everywhere, Omobaba and Fourty especially, I am counting on you guys. Boluwatife will appreciate this so much.“
