Mixed Reactions As Primary School Pupils Protest Prolonged ASUU Strike
Reactions are flowing after pupils of a private primary school in Osun State on Monday, July 25 took to the streets to protest the lingering strike by the Academic Staff Union of Nigerian Universities (ASUU), which has kept students at home for over five months now.

The children stormed the entrance of the Obafemi Awolowo University campus in Ile-Ife with placards accompanied by some adults demanding an end to the lingering strike.
The pupils carried different placards which read, “Don’t borrow our future away,”
“I am the future ASUU, make no mistake about it,”
“I am the future ASUU.” Don’t forget”.
Reacting to a video of the incident that surfaced online, Nigerians took to the comments section to air their opinions.
