Buhari To Unveil Tinubu’s Manifesto, Inaugurate Campaign On Friday

President Muhammadu Buhari will on Friday unveil the manifesto of the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.

The event, which will take place at the State House in Abuja, will also see Buhari inaugurate the APC Campaign Council.

This was disclosed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor of Lagos State, Gboyega Akosile, in a terse statement on Tuesday.

He wrote, “Flash: President Muhammadu Buhari will on Friday at the State House, Abuja, unveil the manifesto and policy document of All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and inaugurate the Campaign Council.”

Earlier today, the Third Ministerial Performance Review of the Buhari regime was held in Abuja, with Vice President Yemi Osinbajo and Tinubu in attendance.

In a statement issued after the event, Tinubu promised to build upon the gains of the Buhari regime if elected as President in 2023.

He said in the statement, “Today, I joined the ongoing 3rd Ministerial Performance Review of the President Muhammadu Buhari-led government being held in Abuja.

“I listened intently to the various submissions, success stories and highlights, including the most challenging areas in which more must be done to improve the lot of the Nigerian people.

“I have resolved to build upon the gains of this administration; adding new ideas that will deliver value for all Nigerians.

“Together, we will achieve shared prosperity. Most importantly, a Tinubu government will be devoted to further protect and prosper the Nigerian people because our guiding principle will be to provide the best of progressive governance and reform to our beloved land.”
