Mason Greenwood Granted Bail After Private Hearing

After a hearing at Manchester’s Minshull Street Crown Court, the Manchester United footballer, Mason Greenwood who is charged with attempted rape, assault, and controlling and coercive behavior, has been granted bail.

He was granted bail following the hearing at Minshull Street Crown Court in Manchester.

The 21-year-old forward is accused of rape, controlling and coercive behavior, and assault.

On Monday, he appeared in Manchester Magistrates’ Court and was remanded in custody.

On Wednesday, a bail application was heard in private at Manchester’s Minshull Street Crown Court.

Following the hearing, a court spokesman stated that bail had been granted Mason Greenwood, with the conditions that no contact with witnesses, including the complainant, be made and that the defendant resides at an address on Bow Green Road in Bowdon.

Meanwhile, despite his recent form, Chris Smalling will not be included in Southgate’s England squad for the Qatar 2022 World Cup, according to Roma manager Jose Mourinho.
