Don’t Address Me As Olori Yet, Abike Speaks After Ooni’s Staff Stirs Marriage Rumours
United Kingdom based blogger, Abike Jagaban, rumoured to be a long time lover of His Majesty, Oba Ogunwunsi, Ooni of Ife has issued a public service announcement asking that she should not as yet be addressed as Olori.
Abike Jagaban, GWG.NG reports, has been alleged to have a deep relationship with the Ooni and some reports have alleged that her particular relationship was what triggered the exit of the former wife, Queen Naomi out of the palace and marriage with the monarch.
Now after a string of seven marriages in the last two months, speculations that Abike Jagaban was about to be invested with the title of Olori has recently filled the media space.
Abike Jagaban who is also a chieftaincy holder with the designation of Yeye Bewaji of Itori, was recently the attention of all at the recent burial of her grandmother when she drew the presence of the staff of the Ooni, a big one indicating the presence of the monarch.
Abike Jagaban GWG.NG reports is a United Kingdom based blogger who has been at the forefront of marshalling opinion against cyberbullying. She has also in that cause defended many monarchs including the Ooni against cyber bullies.
So, following the presence of the staff of the Ooni at her grandmother’s well attended funeral, the speculations reached feverish pitch that she was set to be crowned as the eight Olori.
Reacting to the claims in an Instagram post, the fashionable tradition inclined beauty issued an announcement. She said she has not changed her name or designation and would not want to be foisted with any other title apart from what she listed until further notice.
