Why Omo-Agege Is Best For Delta – Emuobome, UK Based Environmentalist

London, UK based Environmentalist and South-South leader, Mr Igho Derek Emuobome has announced his support for Senator Ovie Omo-Agege to emerge as the next governor of Delta State, saying he is the best of the contenders to push the state ahead.

In a statement released to the press in Lagos after what he described as “consultations with like-minded Delta stakeholders” Mr Emuobome declared that Ovie Omo-Agege is the candidate with the best political and administrative experience amongst all the governorship candidates in Delta State at this time.

According to Emuobome, “it is worthy of commendation that Senator Omo-Agege is willing to sacrifice his thriving political career at the national level to help salvage Delta State from stagnation and under-development. 

Igho Emuobome who is a past President of the South-South Peoples Assembly (SSPA) in the UK and Ireland, said he has known Senator  Omo-Agege “for many years as a man of solid character and integrity with a knack for dedicating himself fully to whatever cause he takes on at any time.”

Emuobome expressed confidence that the Delta born politician would bring the same qualities to bear on the governance of the State if given the opportunity.

He therefore, urged the elites of Delta State to do their best in educating and encouraging voters in the State to turn out massively to elect the APC Candidate in the forthcoming governorship election.
