Popular American rapper and movie producer, Curtis James Jackson, popularly called 50 Cent, has announced plans to release a television series about the convicted Ramon Olorunwa Abass, better known as Hushpuppi, soon.
Hushpuppi, a Nigerian social media influencer, was sentenced to 11 years on Monday by a United States District Court for money laundering conspiracy through several online scams and flaunting a luxurious, crime-funded lifestyle on social media.
The judge also ordered Hushpuppi to pay $1,732,841 in restitution to two of his victims, according to a statement issued by the United States Department of Justice.
