Davido Silent As He Turns 30 Today

Popular Nigerian musician David Adeleke also known as Davido turns 30 today.

Davido has however remained unusually silent on the occasion of his thirtieth birthday. This is so because the superstar earlier lost his son Ifeanyi Adeleke whom he had with his lover and fiancee Chioma Rowland.

Since news of the death of his son broke out, Davido has been silent on all his social media and platforms. 

The music star also deleted posts of some of the events he was billed to attend before the death of his son. 

Ifeanyi Adeleke died on October 31st at Davido’s residence. The cause of his death was drowning. 

Recall that for his 29th birthday, Davido was able to get his friends and fans to send money to him which he donated to orphanages in Nigeria. 

Tweeps expected an elaborate celebration from Davido on the occasion of his 30th birthday since his 29th birthday was fun-filled. But the sudden and painful death of his son Ifeanyi Adeleke has made this impossible. 

However, friends of the 30BG President, Davido on Monday took to Twitter and Instagram to shower encomium on the singer at 30 despite his absence from the social media platforms.
