Bishop David Oyedepo Condemns Gay Marriage

David Oyedepo, the presiding bishop of Living Faith Church popularly known as Winners Chapel has spoken out against gay marriage.

During his sermon on Sunday at the church’s headquarters in Ota, Ogun State, David Oyedepo admonished his congregants not to accept the case of gay marriage in their families.

Oyedepo said, “Before your son will bring another son as his wife, wake up! Wake up! When he arrives, I want to introduce my spouse to you. You’ll say, ‘Where is she’?”

Oyedepo went ahead to pray against such for his congregation, “You’ll never suffer that assault in your life,” he said.

Meanwhile, the general overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God Pastor Enoch Adeboye has spoken severally about homosexuality.

In 2015, he wrote in a Facebook post, “I went to a country and the press was waiting for me, why because they said they believe I hate homosexuals. I don’t hate anyone and you can do whatever you want to.

“But man marry man and woman marry woman. Then no need to stop global warming because soon there won’t be new born children. What’s that they want to adopt, who will give birth to the child and how?”
