Former Senator representing Kogi West at the National Assembly, Dino Melaye, has reacted to the recent allegations of dating two popular Nigerian skitmakers, Ashmusy and Nons Miraj alleging that the APC was intruding into his romantic life.

The accusations came to light after popular media personality, Nedu, recounted an incident in which he allegedly caught the two women and a “rich friend and an Abuja big boy” in a threesome at the Transcop hotel.

The story quickly spread on social media and a controversial Instagram blog even shared a collage photo of Dino Melaye, Ashmusy and Nons, further fueling the rumours.

Some social media users started speculating that the blogger was referencing Nedu’s interview, but the blog refused to share any details about the photos.

Reacting to the call out online, Dino took to Twitter to deny knowing the ladies and threatened to sue the blogger.

Dino also accused the All Progressives Congress (APC) of spreading propaganda and being behind the allegations on his romantic life.

The spokesperson of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential campaign council, Dino said, “The APC is desperate and will stop at nothing to tarnish my image and reputation. This is a clear example of their tactics and I will not stand for it.”

He further added that he would not allow the Instagram blogger to get away with spreading lies and unfounded stories, and urged him/her to apologize within 24 hours of the social media post or face legal consequences.

He wrote, “I will sue you this time. Will locate you. I don’t know any of these ladies. Agent of APC. You will not get away with your lies and unfounded story this time. You just dialed the wrong number. Apologize within 24 hours or face the consequences.”

Meanwhile, Ashmusy has denied the claims or any suggestions of having a relationship with the politician.
