Seun Kuti Defends Old Tweet Applauding Tinubu For Bringing Buhari Into Power 

Popular Singer Seun Kuti has come out to defend an old tweet dug out by social media users in which he hailed Asiwaju Bola Tinubu for bringing President Muhammadu Buhari to power.

Earlier this morning, a screenshot from Seun Kuti’s Twitter page dated April 2015, popped up in which he was seen singing songs of praise to the present APC presidential candidate, Tinubu for bringing President Buhari to power.

Reacting to the dug-out tweet from his page, Seun Kuti has taken to his Instagram story to lambast those who reshared his old tweet saying that they are fools because they could not have identified his tweet as a sarcastic post.

“Yes I thanked Asiwaju for removing Jonathan who I despised with a passion. So what! Is that the same as Performing for them like a monkey?
