Celebrated actress Regina Daniels was mum on Wednesday morning after a disastrous campaign outing with her husband, Ned Nwoko, the PDP Delta North Senatorial candidate at the University of Delta, Agbor where they were booed out by trenchant students.

GWG.ng reports that the PDP campaign in Delta State was on Wednesday morning reconsidering the campaign blitz to higher institutions in the state with the scheduled visit to the university in Ozoro in the Southern senatorial district under review.

A decisión was yet to be made on whether to go on with the visit.

GWG.ng reports that Nwoko, wife, Regina Daniels along with the daughter of the governor, Marilyn Okowa who is House of Assembly candidate for Ika North East Constituency had embarked on a vote drive at the University in Agbor.

However, what had promised to be a positively eventful campaign outing that was marketed with the presence of Regina Daniels soon turned into a fiasco after students who were assembled rebuffed the PDP campaign team and started shouting Obi, Obi, Obi, in praise of the Labour Party presidential candidate.

Following the outing, Regina Daniels has remained mum on her social media platforms apparently wishing to let the incident pass away.

NEFERTITI @firstladyship

Peter Obi has activated a sense of camaraderie & bravely in all of us. Nigerians youths don’t look at faces no more. Who told Ned Nwoko that he is popular outside the Social Media? Obidients are everywhere.

KWEKU THE HUSTLER, FOCUSED ON DELIVERING OBIDATTI @urchilla01

The voice of Deltans was made abundantly clear to Ned Nwoko today as he attempted to campaign for his senatorial seat. He was served a plate of fried disgrace with a glass of chilled rejection. It’s over for the old order. Pack your bags & go!
