Shocker As Brother Throws New Revelation On Omo-Agege And Igbe Cult

In a shocking revelation that is bound to silence his critics, Dr Victor Omo-Agege, who is a brother of Senator Ovie Omo-Agege has said that the the deputy president of the Senate has never been a member of the Igbe Cult as has been bandied by many of his political detractors.

Dr Victor Omo-Agege, himself, Igbe Onori, said that the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate in the 2023 governorship election in Delta State has no link with the Igbe Cult regarded as a traditional worship group.

Victor Omo-Agege spoke in an interview with TheNewsGuru.com (TNG).

His assertion goes against the claim circulated in videos in which some Igbe worshippers taunted Christians that they would take over the Government House chapel and use it in the worship of their deity if the DSP emerged winner of the election. Omo-Agege who lost the election is now in the tribunal alleging malpractises that denied him victory.

Speaking to TNG, Dr Omo-Agege, who declared himself as a proud anointed Igbe Onori, however, denied that the DSP was an Igbe worshipper, stressing that Omo-Agege, who lost the 2023 governorship election in Delta to Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori has always been a staunch Catholic.

“The DSP is a staunch Catholic. There are 1,001 pictures of him in churches before he became a political figure out there. I attended his wedding in a Catholic Church. Quote me: “he is not and has never been an Igbe member”,” Dr Omo-Agege told TNG.

Asked on the claim that the DSP is a closeted Igbe Cult member, Dr Omo-Agege said:

“The belief is political propaganda originating from the PDP camp. The DSP is a staunch Catholic. There are 1,001 pictures of him in churches before he became a political figure out there. I attended his wedding in a catholic church.

“Quote me. “He Senator [Ovie Omo-Agege] is not and has never been an Igbe member” – Dr Victor Omo-Agege.

“You are fully aware the DSP at one time was a member of the PDP in Delta state and served as the SSG. Why did they never have a problem with him being an Igbe member, then? Pure political propaganda.”
