Students of Auchi Polytechnic are drawing attention with two videos they posted showing the moment they celebrated their lecturer on the occasion of his birthday.

The name of the lecturer was not given in the two videos but what was apparent was the appreciation that the students showed to him as they brought cake and drinks to celebrate the man.

Against the background of sexual and financial exploitation of students by their lecturers, the situation with the unnamed lecturer appeared to be wholly different as the students danced and rocked with him. They also presented him with a portrait of himself.
