Anchor University Awards Full Scholarship to Top UTME Scorer, Umeh

Anchor University in Lagos has granted a full scholarship to Miss Nkechinyere Kamsiyo Chukwu Umeh, the highest scorer in this year’s UTME.

She has also been appointed as the Young Ambassador for the 2022/2023 academic session.

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Oye Bandele, announced tuition-free scholarships for the top 10 UTME participants from any Deeper Life High School. Additionally, tuition fees will be reduced for the next 50 students from Deeper Life High Schools who scored 250 and above.

The university according to the vice-chancellor aims to celebrate academic excellence, promote healthy competition, and encourage hard work. Prof. Bandele commended Deeper Life High School and expressed gratitude to JAMB Registrar, Prof. Ishaq Oloyede.
