Former Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Festus Keyamo, has described the new ministerial nominees of President Bola Tinubu as excellent choices.

Tinubu on Wednesday transmitted an additional 19 list of ministerial nominees to the Senate for screening and confirmation.

Recall that Keyamo has been a subject of mockery since the first batch of the ministerial list was sent to the Senate.

The ex-minister was also excluded from the supplementary list, and he is yet to secure any appointment from the current administration, considering his roles during the 2023 election.

Unbothered about the trolls and mockery online, Keyamo, in a post via Twitter, congratulated the nominees and wished them Godā€™s guidance in their various assignments.

He tweeted, ā€œThe second batch of ministerial nominees by President Bola Tinubu @officialABAT are excellent choices. Congratulations to all of them. Wishing them Godā€™s guidance in their various assignmentsā€.

Earlier, GWG.ng reported that Keyamo and Femi Fani-Kayode, who have both been vocal on Twitter, did not make the second list of ministerial nominees after not being considered in the first list raising questions as to what may have informed the decision not to consider them despite the work they did for Tinubu.
