In a startling incident that has garnered attention online, Chief Mbanabalagu visited his in-law’s residence in the Alor community of Anambra State and reported his wife as an adulterer with a determination to seek legal action.

In a video circulating on the internet, Chief Mbanabalagu is seen accusing his wife, Ndidiamaka Hope Okoye, of engaging in infidelity and prostitution, leading him to take the decision to divorce her.

With a visibly shaken voice, Chief Mbanabalagu alleges that his wife has been involved with multiple men across different communities and has resorted to what he calls ‘akwunakwuna’ or prostitution. He further accuses her of having a romantic involvement with a married tipper driver who supplies materials to his block industry. Shockingly, he claims that she has even rented a separate house for her illicit affairs with other men.

“I have come here to formally announce that I am ending this marriage. She has resorted to prostitution within the confines of our home,” Chief Mbanabalagu declares emphatically. He points towards his wife’s paternal compound, where their traditional wedding was held, expressing his decision to end the marriage. “I will not be marrying again,” he firmly asserts.

Chief Mbanabalagu also reveals that despite his own presence and intimate relationship with his wife that she has been an adulterer even engaging in sexual relations with the tipper driver. He makes it clear to his in-laws that he intends to take legal action against Ndidiamaka.
