Once the incident happened just after 2.00 p.m. panic took central stage as the lawmakers rushed here and there with the President of the Senate, Senator Godswill Akpabio trying to calm situation. Akpabio called for water and sugar to be administered to the nominee and at the same time asking for a doctor to be fetched.
Before the incident, the nominee from Kwara State, Dr Jamilia Bio Ibrahim who was nominated for the position of minister of youths had robustly defended her nomination as a certification of President Bola Tinubu’s proclivities towards the youths.
