Imo 2023: Tight Security As Uzodinma Casts Vote

Hope Uzodinma, Imo State Governor and the gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC has cast his vote amid heavy security presence.

Uzodinma, alongside his wife, cast his vote in his polling unit in Ekwenja Okwu-Ozu, PU032, Omuma, Oru East Local Government Area (LGA) of Imo state.

Speaking with reporters after voting, the Imo governor expressed satisfaction with the voting process and commended the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for a free and fair election.

Governor Uzodinma also appreciated security agencies for providing adequate security for voters during the election, saying that the state is peaceful and there has been no recorded violence in his home town.
