Renowned skit maker, Chukwuebuka Emmanuel Amuzie, popularly known as Brain Jotter, has shared insights into his journey in the entertainment industry during an exclusive interview on Channels TV’s program, Rubbin’ Minds, hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu.

Brain Jotter disclosed that he initially entered the skit-making scene portraying the character Madam Ogadi, a crossdresser. However, he made a strategic decision to transition away from crossdressing, citing its lack of sustainability unless executed exceptionally well.

During the interview, Brain Jotter explained, “I have a friend who is advising me to start making content as a crossdresser. I’m not interested because I’ve tried it before.” He recounted the applause he received for his performances as Madam Ogadi in a church setting, but acknowledged the inherent challenges. “I realised that cross-dressing is not sustainable for me. I just don’t buy the idea because it won’t last. People might enjoy it once or twice, but you’re not a woman. Except you are doing it exceptionally well. You can’t be wearing a woman’s clothes with beards.”

The skit maker, who has gained widespread acclaim for his humorous content, shared his expanding horizons in the entertainment industry. Brain Jotter hinted at venturing into Nollywood, with plans to release some movies later this year. He also revealed having dipped into the music scene.
