Customers Drag GTB, Lament Bad Network

Customers of Guaranty Trust Bank (GTB) have taken to their social media handles to express their frustrations against the bank over bad network issues which began on Thursday morning.

Some customers of the bank said that they finding it difficult to receive money. Others said they couldn’t make use of their cards, check account balances, make transfers, or perform other transactions. Yet a section said they couldn’t even open the GTB app at all.

Joy said, “GTBANK @gtbank your services are steadily declining, it’s such a shame that you keep having disgruntled customers, if it’s not network problems, it’s unexplainable debits and all that. Abi should we talk about some of your branches that printers are not working? #DoBetter”

Prime King said, “@gtbank_help @gtbank  I can’t access my account since yesterday, what’s going on?”.

The bank however assured that they are working hard to rectify the network challenge.
