Lady Who Campaigned Passionately For Tinubu Wails (Video)
A Nigerian Lady who campaigned passionately for President Bola Tinubu during the 2023 Nigeria presidential election, has taken to social media to express her frustrations over the high cost of living, just eight months into the president’s administration.
A viral video circulating the internet captures the lady who vented her frustrations in Yoruba saying “cost of living is now so high that people are dying.”
She said that it is in the government of Tinubu that she is hearing that there is a subsidy on electricity.
She revealed that recently, Power Holding Company of Nigeria officials gave her a bill of N70,000 for a one-room apartment where she only uses a fan.
The lady also noted that things are so bad that house rents have also skyrocketed.
She advised the APC-led government to vacate the seat so that another person can come in and try if they have no idea on what to do to salvage the economy.
