Arik Air says its Abuja to Benin flights will be reintroduced effective February 20 following a pulse in the service.

The company’s Head of Corporate Communications, Mr Adebanji Ola, confirmed this to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Tuesday in Lagos.

Ola said the Abuja to Benin flights suspended in 2023 for aircraft checks had been concluded. He told NAN that the frequency would be increased to four times weekly.

Ola assured the company’s customers of efficient service delivery and safety. He added that besides the Abuja Benin service Arik Air had increased the frequency of its Lagos to Benin and Lagos Warri route services.

Ola said that effective Feb. 19, both two routes would operate daily. (NAN)
