Renowned Ghanaian singer Shatta Wale has shed light on the reasons behind his rift with Afrobeats sensation Burna Boy. Revealing that their relationship had soured after once being close friends, Shatta Wale disclosed the origins of their feud.

According to Shatta Wale, the discord between them arose when one of his acquaintances allegedly informed Burna Boy that Shatta Wale had been involved with Burna Boy’s partner. Expressing disappointment in Burna Boy’s handling of the situation, Shatta Wale lamented the lack of direct communication between them, given their prior friendship.

In his own words, Shatta Wale remarked, “Burna Boy heard from one of my guys that I sacked that I slept with his girlfriend. You see he is my G, him for call me.”
