Abby Hensel, one-half of the conjoined twins famously known from TLC’s “Abby & Brittany,” has tied the knot with her fiancé, Josh Bowling, in a private wedding ceremony.

The 34-year-old Abby, who along with her twin sister Brittany, is conjoined at the torso and shares some organs, exchanged vows with Josh in a discreet wedding ceremony. Abby and Brittany are well-known fifth-grade teachers in their hometown of Minnesota.

The decision not to separate the twins at birth was made by their parents, Patty and Mike Hensel, due to the high-risk nature of the surgery.

While details about the wedding ceremony remain undisclosed, a circulating picture on social media captures Josh standing beside Brittany and Abby, both donning bridal gowns while he wears a suit.
