First Pix Of Bobrisky In EFCC Custody Emerges, Put In ‘Unisex’ Cell

Controversial crossdresser and self-proclaimed Mummy of Lagos, Idris Okuneye, aka Bobrisky was arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, as a female. However, concern as to whether he would be put in a female or a male cell have been laid to rest with the decision to put him alone.

However, GWG.ng reports that the EFCC is still considering him as a male given the pronoun used in the statement confirming his arrest.

The indications came as the first picture of Bobrisky after he was arrested by the EFCC emerged while in the custody of the commission.

EFCC spokesman Dele Oyewale told GWG.ng that Bobrisky is presently being housed alone and with it removing issues concerning his gender identity.

However, the first picture of Bobrisky in EFCC custody showed him in his female ensemble.

In the picture released of him showing the allegation, Bobrisky was seen with his intimidating false nails and head scarf apparently to cover the disorientation of his female feminine depiction after being arrested.

In confirming the arrest, the EFCC while sustaining him as a male said:

The  EFCC had invited the 31-year old following a video report of spraying and flaunting wads of new Naira notes at the premiere of a movie, Ajakaju, produced by Eniola Ajao, a Nollywood actress and producer, at Film One Circle Mall, Lekki, Lagos on March 24, 2024.

Investigation also revealed that he had also committed the alleged offence at some other event centres and parties at different times.

Following the invitation by the Commission, he arrived at the Lagos Zonal Command of the EFCC in the morning of Wednesday, April 4, 2024 for interrogation and volunteered his statements. 

 He will soon be charged to court upon conclusion of investigations
