Jnr Pope: TC Okafor Quits Acting After Surviving Fatal Boat Accident (Video)

Nollywood actor TC Okafor has announced his decision to quit acting following a harrowing boat accident that claimed the lives of four of his colleagues, including popular actor Junior Pope.

In a candid video detailing the tragic incident, TC recounted the terrifying moment when their boat collided with another vessel, leading to the fatal outcome.

Revealing shocking details about the aftermath of the accident, TC disclosed that despite risking his life by taking on the role in the movie, the movie owner, Adamma Luke, failed to compensate him as promised, leaving him with nothing to show for his efforts.

Expressing his disillusionment with the acting profession, TC admitted that he had survived numerous accidents while on set, including instances of poisoning. Despite his survival, TC Okafor confessed that the lack of financial reward and the constant threat to his safety had taken its toll, prompting him to make the difficult decision to quit acting altogether.

Reflecting on his ordeal, TC Okafor expressed both shock and gratitude for surviving the accident but acknowledged that the experience had left him with deep-seated doubts about continuing his career in the industry and hence the decision to quit acting.
