Actress Who Crowned Bobrisky ‘Best Dressed Female’ Expresses Support After Jail Sentence
Renowned actress and movie producer, Eniola Ajao, has spoken out in support of controversial figure Bobrisky after the crossdresser was sentenced to six months in jail for naira mutilation.
Bobrisky, whose real name is Idris Okuneye, received the sentence from Justice Abimbola Awogboro of the Federal High Court in Lagos, sparking reactions across social media and the entertainment industry.
In response to the news, Eniola Ajao expressed her sympathy for Bobrisky, stating that he shouldn’t have to endure the challenges he is facing. She highlighted Bobrisky’s supportiveness and contributions to the movie industry, acknowledging the lessons learned from the controversy surrounding the premiere of her film, “Ajakaju.”
Ajao emphasized the need for unity and understanding, urging the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to assist in resolving the situation. She also hinted at potential changes in behavior, stating that they would refrain from excessive spending and opt for electronic transfers instead.
