Nollywood actor Stanley Ontop has stirred controversy with a cryptic Instagram post amidst the chaos at May Edochie’s trade fair, which was disrupted by heavy rain.

May, the estranged wife of Yul Edochie, had been hosting a trade fair for her brand and luxury hair brand, Priceless Hair, when the unexpected downpour occurred.

The post by Stanley Ontop seemed to suggest that Yul Edochie and his wife, Judy Austin, might be behind the misfortune, hinting at “spiritual forces” being at play. He prayed for God to intervene, expressing concern for the vendors who had taken loans from microfinance institutions to participate in the fair.

“God, please hold this rain a little while… Some spiritual forces have sent rain to Priceless Hair fair today in Lagos. Heavy downpour has ruined a lot of people’s business… I know Eze Dike (Yul Edochie) will be laughing at May in one corner. May God help @pricelesshairs,” Stanley Ontop wrote.

The drama over the Priceless Hair exhibition first unfolded after May Edochie broken down in tears during the opening of the trade fair, sharing her struggles and sacrifices. She revealed that she had faced multiple business failures and was determined to bounce back.

The situation has sparked speculation about the ongoing feud between May and Yul Edochie, who separated after Yul married Judy Austin. Fans have accused Yul of constantly competing with May, citing instances like his quick response to May’s Dubai trip with a video of his own flight with Judy.
