Obideints Kick As Viral ‘Ellupee’ Crooner Alleges Abandonment

Stephen Muoka, the young man who gained internet fame as a crooner for his energetic rendition of “Ellupee” during the 2023 elections, has spoken out about being abandoned by Obidients, supporters of Peter Obi, the Labor Party’s presidential candidate.

Despite his viral video and enthusiastic support for the party, Muoka claims he did not receive any financial compensation or support from Peter Obi or the party. Contrary to popular assumptions, he asserts that he did not receive a dime from the party or its affiliates.

Muoka revealed that the few individuals who offered assistance after his viral video were based abroad, and since then, he has been struggling to make ends meet. He has been abandoned by the Obidients and is now seeking help to find a job in Lagos.
