Big Brother Naija Pepper Dem winner and All-Star first runner-up, Mercy Eke, has declared her readiness for marriage, and she’s open to a same-gender union. The reality star took to her Snapchat page to share her thoughts, stating, “I’m so ready. I won’t mind settling down with my gender. Love is sweet. I’m so, so ready.”

This revelation comes just hours after attending her friend and actress Sharon Ooja’s traditional wedding in Abuja. Sharon is set to walk down the aisle in a church ceremony on Saturday.

Mercy’s current relationship status is unknown, but in January, she hinted at being in a relationship after showcasing extravagant gifts from her mystery man. She had received a dollar bouquet and flaunted it on Twitter, appreciating her partner for the gift.

During her time in the All-Stars house, Mercy revealed she was in a relationship with a billionaire outside the house. She claimed her boyfriend offered her the show’s grand prize of N120 million not to participate, but she rejected it. She also stated that her man promised to pay her the money within three months and mentioned that her co-housemate, Frodd, knew her boyfriend.

After leaving the show, Mercy briefly dated her fellow housemate, Pere, but their relationship didn’t last long. She was also romantically linked to Ike Onyema, whom she met in the Pepper Dem house, but they eventually parted ways.
