Trump: Nigerians Mock Strong Comments By Fani-Kayode

Controversial Nigerian politician, Femi Fani-Kayode, has sparked outrage on social media with his comments on the shooting at Donald Trump at a campaign rally.

Fani-Kayode, a former Minister of Aviation, took to Twitter to declare that the time has come for the Republican presumptive nominee and that Trump will become the next President of the United States, despite the attempt on his life.

His tweet read: “You CANNOT kill him! His time has come! You robbed him in 2020 and denied him the Presidency! You will not kill him or deny him his God-given destiny again! @realDonaldTrump is the next President of the USA and the next leader of the free world! Glory Hallelujah! #MAGA2024.”

However, many Nigerians were quick to criticize Fani-Kayode, asking him to focus on the numerous problems plaguing Nigeria’s political landscape instead of investing his energy on Trump and American politics. One user wrote: “Oga, what is the color of your problem? I wish you would use the same energy to advise your brothers in the helms of affairs in our country, Nigeria. Maybe they will listen to you.”

Others questioned why Fani-Kayode was so invested in American politics when Nigeria faces numerous challenges, including corruption, insecurity, and economic hardship.
