A lecturer at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, UNIZIK, is under fire after a video surfaced showing him using scissors to trim a male student’s hair, which he deemed too bushy.

The video, which has been widely circulated on social media, captures the lecturer interrupting an ongoing class to address the student’s hairstyle. Without warning, the lecturer pulled out a pair of scissors and began trimming the student’s hair unevenly, imposing his standard of acceptable grooming within the university environment.
