BBNaija Star Accuses Police Officer of Stealing N3,000 During Vehicle Search

Reality TV star Josephine Ijeoma Otabor, popularly known as Phyna, has leveled a serious allegation against a Lagos police officer, accusing him of stealing N3,000 during a routine vehicle search.

The incident, which took place on Monday, was shared by Phyna on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter).

According to the Big Brother Naija Season 7 winner, the officer and his team stopped her car for a search. It was only after they had completed the search that she realized N3,000 was missing from her car’s pigeonhole. Phyna, who expressed her frustration online, claimed the money disappeared during the brief interaction with the police.

She recounted the experience in her post, stating, “So today a policeman stole my 3k… while they were searching my car today there was 3k in my pigeon hole… and before I could blink I nor see my 3k again because I didn’t give it to u him.”

While Phyna did not reveal the identity of the officer involved, her revelation has raised conversations among her fans and the broader public.
