Nigerian Star Actress Puts Her 14m Followers In Suspense Over Wedding

Nigerian movie superstar, Ini Edo on Sunday announced that she is engaged and set to have a fairytale wedding sometime in December but at the same time put her 14.5 million Instagram followers in suspense by failing to reveal a name.

Some of her friends were, however, insinuating that the announcement may be a promotion for a forthcoming movie.

GWG.ng reports that the announcement of the wedding was made by Ini Edo in a post via her Instagram handle, @iniedo, on Sunday.

Ini Edo wrote on her wedding thus: “That bright Sunday morning six months ago, while on vacation, we crossed paths, and our lives never remained the same.

“Exactly three months later you asked me to be with you forever. How did I get so lucky?

“They say, ‘your flaws are perfect for the heart that is meant to love you’ I now believe this wholeheartedly.

“1 of 3 done. My fairytale wedding is almost here.

“To anyone out there who has given up on their happily ever after, Love will find you, and when it does, ready or not, it’ll be the best thing that ever happened to you.”

GWG.ng reports that Ini Edo was married to United States based Philip Ehiagwina on November 29, 2008, but the the beautiful thespian ended it officially in 2013 citing multiple allegations of maltreatment.

She had following the divorce said in 2023 that she would only get married again if only the right man came around. She had stirred a controversy when she delivered a baby by surrogacy last year.

GWG.ng reports that the new plans for a wedding has put the 14.5m Instagram followers of Ini Edo in suspense over her intentions.
